Rooms to Go seated for growth

PEARL RIVER, La. — Quantifying the economic impact of any given development is impossible. Take the new Rooms To Go distribution center and retail outlet in Pearl River.

Sure, there are some hard numbers: 100 new jobs to start, perhaps another 150 in the future; a $50 million job for White-Spunner Construction Inc. of Mobile, Ala.
