Shaw Group wins 5-year Navy contract
BATON ROUGE, La. — The Shaw Group Inc. was awarded a five-year contract for construction services at U.S. Navy installations in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado.
Shaw was one of eight contractors chosen for design, construction, supervision, equipment, materials, labor and delivery of facilities. The contract requires construction of canals, channels, dams and embankments, landfill and erosion control, irrigation and landscaping, as well as recreational fields and parks.
The value of the contract was not disclosed.
